RETAINER FEES:
The retainer amount due is listed in your Photography Contract. Your session will be officially booked upon receipt of both the retainer and contract.
REPOSTING FEES:
If an order has not been placed within the initial gallery release period (as stated in the Photography Agreement) a $25.00 fee is required to re-post the gallery from your session. Once an order has been placed, you may request to have the gallery for that session re-posted at any time and the re-posting fee will be waived.
RESEARCH FEES:
If you are interested in purchasing fine art prints for your home or business or images (print or digital) for commercial use, a $50.00 research fee is required to have images pulled and posted for your review. Images will be selected from current stock, based on your needs, and posted to a private gallery where you may place orders.
**Stock galleries will be available for 14 DAYS. The $50.00 fee will be provided back as a credit towards your order, as long as your order is placed before the gallery expires. If your order is not placed within the 14-day period, your $50.00 credit will expire along with the gallery and an additional $25.00 re-posting fee will apply to re-post the gallery.**
TRAVEL FEES:
Travel fees are based on transportation (mileage, airfare, etc.) and any applicable expenses, based on the location of your session. Travel fees are due ALONG with the retainer and contract in order to book your session date.
ADDITIONAL PURCHASES:
You may pay for additional purchases or add-ons, discussed with photographer, through this payment area.
